Tips on Removing unwanted eyebrow hair?

While my family is not particularly hairy, my mother has a strange obsession with keeping her eyebrows thin. Frequently she plucks her eyebrows with tweezers and her pocket mirror, although she is blonde and does not have much eyebrow hair to begin with.

While my mother is not too hairy, my father is. Unfortunately I have inheirited ability to grow bushy eyebrows and, if unkempt, my eyebrow will get very hairy and in extreme cases look somewhat like a unibrow. The only time that had happened was when I was very busy and didnt pay attention to my eyebrow growth for about a month. I think another reason why I can get these bushy eyebrows is because when I was six I cut some of my eyebrows with scissors to impress my mom, only to find it grew in thicker.

Regardless, anyone have tips on excessive eyebrow hair removal? Mainly for my mom, but a little bit for me too. Thanks!

I would go to a salon and get them waxed once a month to maintain a nice shape and just pluck stray hairs in between appointments :)

you can use home waxing kits. its pretty easy. u dont even have to heat up the wax. =]

for thick eyebrows i would have to say that you should get a wax. i think plucking would be too much for your case. if going to the nail salon every now and then makes you uncomfortable, then buy the ones you use at home... most of them are fool-proof so you dont have to worry about waxing a whole side off by accident. hope this helps!
