i would just go to a salon and bring a pic. if you do it youself theres a large chance u wont get what your expecting =]

i love this hair style, i don't have any idea but i guess you should get foil paper. and the hair that you want the high light, put the color and with the foil paper just wrap it so it won't color the black hair but i don't think you can do it by your self you will need help so they can do it, in the back of your head....
