What do razor cut tips do for your hair?

I'm thinking about getting long layers in my hair.. what would razor cut ends do to it? (my hair is long... about to the middle of my back)

What do razor cut tips do for your hair?

It makes the ends of your hair angled instead of blunt...the ends are then lighter than they would be if just cut with scissors.

I have fine hair but a lot of it so if my hairstylist doesn't do this to my ends and layers, my hairstyle looks very choppy and blunt on the ends. Having the razored ends lets it move a little and works with the natural wave of my hair.

I don't think it is good for thick hair because then the ends would be lighter than the rest of the hair...thick or coarse hair needs that bulk on the ends to weigh it down and keep it tamed!

So if your hair is on the finer side it will probably give your hair more movement and prevent the layers from looking severe and choppy. The razoring would blend the layers along the length of your hair and avoid a blunt look.

What do razor cut tips do for your hair?

a razor look is REALLY nice, but if your hair is damaged at all, like slip ends, hair stylist wont use it. so make sure your hair is really healthy first. just google search razor cut hairstyles or things along that line

What do razor cut tips do for your hair?

It will help your layers be lighter and lay nicer!!

What do razor cut tips do for your hair?

I would not reccomend it. On some people it can make your hair look like you have split ends. It looked really bad on me. Dont mess up your hair if it is that long!!!!!! If you want it layered thats fine, just don't let them use the razor!

What do razor cut tips do for your hair?

I would not recommentd it .A styllist did this to my hair without my permission and it looked sooooo bad,it ruined my hair. It made all my hair look split and way to thin.

Tips for shiny hair that will turn on guys!!!?

Try some Herbal Essences Drama Clean shampoo and conditioner and also rinse your hair with ice cold water right before you finish your shower. Put your head directly under the shower head or else you will freeze your butt off with it dripping down. You could also try rinsing it in cold water in the sink.It is odd, but I am not kidding. I get so many compliments oo my hair now. But I like Ausisie's Sydney Smooth shampoo. You can get it at Wal-mart or anywhere! It come in a purple bottle with a kangaroo logo. I bet they even have a formula for shiny hair too.

What are some tips in hair growth?

About a year ago I cut my hair, and now I miss my long hair. What are some ways I can grow my hair back?

What are some tips in hair growth?

There are different vitamins you can take to stimulate hair growth. Hair usually grows 1/2 an inch per month which is so slow! I myself had a haircut disaster about 2 months ago (it was cut way too short, above my ears!) After that I spent days researching on what can make my hair grow faster, and this is what I found:

GNC hair, skin, and nails program (for 30 days)

GNC hair, skin, and nails formula

GNC nourishair

-these 3 work really good, I personally use these

-you need lots of folic acid and biotin for hair growth

-at least 800mcg of folic acid

-5000 biotin

http://www.gnc.com/home/index.jsp..........

If you have a little bit more cash to spend you can try using a product called Viviscal ($50 for a 1 month supply)

-I haven't used this but I've heard so many great things about it.

-Some said thta it made their hair grow an inch in 3 weeks

Prenatal Vitamins work very well also.

-Ever notice how a pregnant woman's hair grow so fast? Its because of all those extra vitamins they take.

Another piece of advice:

-tie your hair up because leaving it down causes breakage

-take vitamin B complex

What are some tips in hair growth?

Stop cutting it. That's about all you can do.

What are some tips in hair growth?

don't use a lot of product in it. i never use any gels or sprays and my hair grows like crazy

What are some tips in hair growth?

dont put too much stress on it. don wear a lot hats and stuff it jus suffocates the hair even though its not living it jus ruins ur hair toots.

let ur hair free and use natural substances or shampoos that have been made with it to wash ur hair. although hair is pretty much like ur nails jus take care of it well, eat well, and dont use a lot of hair products it stunts ur hair growth. the maint thing here is jus let ur hair be like it should be.

What are some tips in hair growth?

try putting a lot of conditioning lotions in your hair every night and use coconut oil as well. hair will grow very fast.

What are some tips in hair growth?

garlic shampoo or do a Google search hair growth

What are some tips in hair growth?

Use Mane %26amp; Tail!

It's shampoo %26amp; conditioner

for horses, but you can buy

it in the shampoo section at

wal-greens. People use this

to grow hair quickly, and it has

worked for me in the past.

What are some tips in hair growth?

once every 2 weeks.. rub peanut butter into it.

What are some tips in hair growth?

wait...........and wait............and wait...............and wait.........(dont worry, it doesnt take too long....).....and so on.

What are some tips in hair growth?

do not follow the advice of trimming to make it grow faster..the only thing trimming does is trim your hair. However, if you get split ends then you will want to trim those. Drink lots of water and eat a healthy diet to make sure you are getting enough nutrients in order to help grow your hair back. Don't take any pills or drinks from advertisements that say they will help ( they are just vitamin pills ). Other than that, you just have a wait... good luck!

What are some tips in hair growth?

brushing it helps to stimulate growth

What are some tips in hair growth?

I am a hair stylist.....

you can do several things or a combination of all of them....

1) stimulate your scalp as much as possible...stimulation to your hair folicles can get them to grow out hair...u can use a soft bristle brush every nite b4 bed and make sure u brush it on ur scalp

2) make 2 pony tails...that also stimulates the hair folicle and gets it to grow...don't make them too tight cuz then your head will hurt...but not too loose either

3) take some vitamins that contain bioten...bioten promotes healthy hair growth....prenatal vitamins are good too

What are some tips in hair growth?

trim it an inch or so every three months.

What are some tips in hair growth?

I use African Pride with the brown top and Doo Gro Thinning Lotion and message it into my scalp at least two times a week. When you message your scalp with an hair dressing or hair oil , this will help the blood circulate which stimulates the hair follicles which promotes hair growth.

What are some tips in hair growth?

In order to grow hair one must start from the inside out. Start this process by taking vitamins that promote hair growth . Vitamins that contain Botin, MSM and increasing your protein intake will also help. A vitamin I would strongly suggest is Andrew Lessman skin, hair, and nails vitamins, you can go on to HSN web site and order them from there. they are not available in stores. These vitamins work quicker than most because the ingredients are all natural. When you go to the web site you can read some of the reviews from many others that have used his vitamins. Some people try taking prenatal vitamins or other skin hair and nail vitamins and they may work but if you want quicker results try Andrew Lessman's vitamins. Not only will you have longer hair but your nails and skin will also improve. Good Luck

What are tips on preventing falling hair?

not much. its heriditary. but for women, dont color or perm your hair so much. when my mother was in her teens and 20's, she had a constant perm. now she is half bald. leave your hair alone and love it for what it is or later on in life you wont have enough hair to do anything with.

If he isn't eating alot, he should eat more to make sure he is getting all his vitamins. He can also try taking some vitamin e, I hear that helps. Also by shampoo and conditioners that are good for hair loss.

What are tips on preventing falling hair?

eat 10 almonds every day regularly.. it really works.. and, for local treatment, there are many kinds of products you can find in pharmacies. ask which one is useful for your type of falling.

What are tips on preventing falling hair?

1. Wash your hair regularly in warm water and use a deep conditioner.

2. Eat a balanced diet. Nutritional deficiencies, eating disorders and excessive amounts of certain vitamins, such as A and E, can cause hair loss.

3. Take care of your health. Chronic illness, high fevers and infections can contribute to hair loss.

4. Stay away from harsh chemicals - permanent hair color and perms are the most damaging - and avoid coloring your hair more than once every six to eight weeks.

5. Avoid hairstyles like ponytails and cornrows, which stretch and pull hair.

6. Keep in mind that it's normal to lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day.

7. Consult your general physician or dermatologist regarding concerns about hair loss.

I'm a hairdresser and my bf has the same problem with his hair. Make sure you never brush your hair when it's wet, comb it lightly... Brushing it when it's wet makes it more likely to break. if you ever wear it up don't wear it tight. Also if you haven't before you should try a shampoo/conditioner that thickens hair, like nioxin, or nexxus... Good luck.

My hair is thin and I don't have a lot of hair. Any tips on how I can thicken it and prevent it from falling?

you can try a body perm. that would make your hair appear thicker, and feel thicker. you could also try velcro rollers-but if your hair is that thin-you would have put mousse and probably hairspray in to make it hold. try nioxin products made for thin fine hair-they might also help.

Massage your scalp regularly with castor oil.Castor Oil re-grows the hair.

Fold your fingers and rub your nails twice daily for 5 minutes. It stimulates the pressure points and makes hair beautiful and strong but it takes a lot of patience and time before the results starts to show off.Probably around 3-4 months.

My hair is thin and I don't have a lot of hair. Any tips on how I can thicken it and prevent it from falling?

Make sure that you are praciticing the best nutrition possible and supplement with vitamins as appropriate. Also, talk candidly with your stylist about the best cut and products for your particular problem. I know a number of women use the products available to men for thinning and baldness to increase their hair production. Also, there is a hair care line called Big Sexy Hair --and it really does give the hair you have a lot of volume and shine. Good luck. (See your dermatologist if the thinning continues or you develop any bald patches- there are dermatological conditions that cause this and for which there are effective cures) m

well hair goes through phases... Anagen phase which is the Growth phase... Catagen which is the Transition phase which is the end of hair growth...and the Telogen phase which is the restiong phase which last for 3 to 6 months... then it starts over... depending on the phase your hair is going through determines the methods you should use. During anagen phase just keep your hair clean by shampooing it and brushing it because hair has natural oils which brings oils to the ends of the hair. in any case drink lots of water which gives you health hair and skin. During catagen phase make sure to keep hair shampoo and scalp and hair conditioned well use both a rinse and leave in conditioner, and with the rinse out conditioner rinse with cool water to close the cuticles of the hair and root. and during the telogen phase same as catagen phase. And stay away from weaves such as glue in tracks, micros, and real tight braids... you can though get sew ins and large individual braids.

I'm a guy .Can anyone give me tips on growing my hair longer & non-entangled?

some ppl say i've got hard hair %26amp; that does'nt help in growing the hair. is that true? Also could you suggest me a good oil which will help grow my hair little longer %26amp; if possible make my hair softer %26amp; non-entangled? for the past 8-9 months i've left my hair uncut %26amp; result is hair growth only till my neck, hair sticking out at the sides very awkardly %26amp; i'm still unable to tie a pony tail. PLEASE HELP! thanks!

I'm a guy .Can anyone give me tips on growing my hair longer %26amp; non-entangled?

If your hair has a lot of 'body' you will have to have cuts to maintain the shape of your hair, especially while it is growing out. Find a photo of someone who looks like they have hair similar to yours in texture and the length you want and take it in when you have it cut. Go to a shop that cuts men's and women's hair for a longer cut.

Hair gel products usually provide control over longer hair with a tendency to tangle. Dep is an inexpensive and non sticky, non oily one. Any rinse through conditioner would help with the tangle as well.

I'm a guy .Can anyone give me tips on growing my hair longer %26amp; non-entangled?

Time. That's the ONLY thing that will grow ANY type of hair.

I'm a guy .Can anyone give me tips on growing my hair longer %26amp; non-entangled?

Do you really want to waste time maintaining your long hair? Would you feel hot?

I'm a guy .Can anyone give me tips on growing my hair longer %26amp; non-entangled?

Long hair is not for every man. If you have thick hair it's hard to manage. One also need to have a really good looking face to be forgiven to have long hair.

But if you really want to try you have to go to the women section of the hair care product and get the shampo and conditioner for thick, dry hair.

I'm a guy .Can anyone give me tips on growing my hair longer %26amp; non-entangled?

why don't you use conditioner after having bath..

application of curd will be beneficial.

use coconut oil twicw in a week.. if hair starts breaking..

just cut down ur hai..

better to have short hair than being bald

I want to prevent my hair from hairfall any homely tips please?

You can use coconut oil (apply to hair and leave on for at least 15 minutes before washing off.) But...external treatments are usually only a temporary solution.

The real problem is usually internal. Stress is a HUGE factor in hair loss (including anxiety, no sleep, etc). Also, lack of proper nutrition (i.e. omega 3 fatty acids in fish and nuts are very good for maintaining good hair and skin) may be a factor. Look into your diet and lifestyle and you can pretty much eliminate the real problem at the root. Literally.

If you want your hair to grow faster than usual you should use natural products like coconut oil or olive oil for example. Slather the products on your scalp for about 30 minutes and wrap a towel round your head and then wash the hair with a shampoo / it will be better if you use a shampoo that contains natural products like aloe, olive, honey or milk/ . Do not forget to use a condtioner at the end. Do this twice a week and you will see the difference 閳?the oil saturate the hair and makes it looks great , beautiful and healthy. Olive oil is ultra moisturising and adds shine to lacklustre hair and most women know how much it helps the hair to look amazingly.

For Healthy and Shiny hair

*It is better to apply castor oil for a healthy growth of hair.

*Wash hair with tea once in a week.

*Apply besan in the hair and wash it with water drained from the cooked rice.

*Soak a handful of gooseberry in a cup of milk for two hours. Make it as a paste and apply in the hair.

*Apply the mixture of an egg white, 2 spoon of castor oil, 1 spoon glycerin, in the scalp and hair. Wash it after some time.

*Massage hair with warm coconut oil an hour before washing. Let it soak. Cover your head with a hot towel and wash your hair after an hour or so.

*Boil a few hibiscus flowers in coconut oil. Filter and use this hair oil to control hair loss and thinning.

*Do a 'steam-towel-wrap' once in a while, if your cuticles are damaged, as this steaming opens out the pores and absorbs the oil.

*Deep condition with curd, beer and egg.

*Mix a little vinegar in warm water and rinse your hair with this solution. This will add bounce to dull and lifeless hair.

*Soak 1 teaspoon fenugreek in curd and keep it for a night. Have it in the next morning.

*Boil coconut oil with the juices of curry leaves, basil, hibiscus flower and gooseberry. Apply on hair, keep it for sometime and rinse.

*Egg white and curd is a good conditioner for hair.

*Take a cup of coconut and mustard oils. Soak half a cup of curry leaves in the oil mixture and keep it for a night. Next morning, heat on a slow fire till the curry leaves turn crisp. Remove from heat and add two to three camphor balls. Allow oil to cool and then strain. Apply oil to hair roots using cotton wool along the parting and massage in circular movements. Leave the oil overnight and shampoo the next morning. Repeat twice a week.

*Add a lemon peel to a 'shikakai' and 'amla' mixture while washing your hair.

Some of the essential vitamins required for healthy hair are:

Vitamin A

Vitamin C

Vitamin E

Biotin

Inositol

Niacin (Vitamin B3)

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B12

Its scientifically proven that the secret behind healthy and long hair is by eating lots of fruits and green vegetables and drinking

lots of water too.

as for nourishing your hair you should go for a good oil that has got coconut henna lemon etc as ingredients. After

applying wash your hair after one hour.Thats enough for nourishing.Apply oil in proper amounts(not too much)

and equally 2-3 times a week before shower.

Shampoo your hair only 3 times a week if your hair is falling and condition them too.

Have a nice oil massage too.Go to a nice beauty salon and have a good head massage.

Apply heat protecting serums or sprays during the day time. They not only protect your hair from heat but

also give a brilliant shine.

i think Loreal and VO5 are good companies.

And yeah one more thing always wear a head gear(be it scarf or cap or hat) while your out in traffic cuz

thats wht the main cause of hair fall these days...pollution!

so keep you scalp clean and protected and have lot of healthy food

1) Take a good nutritious diet rich in proteins and vitamins. Do specific yogasanas like Shirsasana, mayurasana etc. that promote the blood flow towards the scalp %26amp; nourish the hair to stimulate hair growth. Without nutritious food, proper exercise %26amp; a good sleep, all the hair products in the world can閳ユ獩 give you the look of healthy hair.

2) Massage your hair with warm oil, preferably coconut oil using your finger tips in firm circular motions.

3) Always oil your hair before shampooing. This prevents hair loss %26amp; provides good conditioning to your hair

4) Avoid shampooing in a hurry, as there are chances of shampoo left in the hair, which might prove to be harmful.

5) Eggs and curds are good conditioners for the hair. Apply for an hour. For oily hair use lemon mixed with water in the last rinse.

6) Dry the hair with a towel wound around like a turban. Never rub the towel vigorously on the scalp. Make minimum use of a hair drier.

7) If you are more inclined to use herbal shampoos then a mixture of amla, shikakai %26amp; reetha boiled together in water make a good cleanser.

8) Don閳ユ獩 comb the hair when the hair is wet. Start combing with a wide-toothed comb only when it is semi-dry after removing the tangles with your fingers. Nowadays there are many ads of products to remove knots %26amp; tangles of the hair. Use them only after verifying about their usefulness from your friends.

9) For preventing hair loss, make a paste of grinded fenugreek (methi) seeds mixed with curds %26amp; keep it for 2 hours %26amp; then shampoo it.

10) Neem leaves boiled in coconut oil prevent greying of hair.

11) Comb your hair often so the natural oil gets evenly distributed.

12) Colouring, waving, perming, curling, straightening of hair should be done minimally as they tend to weaken the hair.

13) Trim your hair often

14) Comb your hair to ensure all knots have been removed before shampooing

15) If your hair is especially coarse, extremely curly, and your hair is damaged, you may want to consider using a leave-in

conditioner in addition to a regular rinse-out conditioner . In some cases, leave-in conditioners may replace rinse-out conditioners altogether.

16) Deep condition your hair at least monthly.

17) the only way to fix damaged hair is to

cut it off.

18) Brahmi amla oil also promotes hair growth.

19) Homemade remedie for preventing hair fall:

Apply almond oil on scalp and massage.

Grind fenugreek seeds in water and apply on your scalp. Wash off after 40 minutes. Do this every morning for a month 闅哣 if it suits you! Remember, different treatments suit different types of hair.

Massage warm castor oil + almond oil into your scalp gently. Wrap a hot towel around your scalp so it gets absorbed into the hair. Do this twice a week for healthy, shiny hair.

Add 2-3 drops of honey to a glass of water and use this as the last rinse after shampooing.

20) egg is great 4 the hair- [even though it is STINKY!!]

Whip an egg with two tablespoons of olive oil and apply it to your hair. Wash off after half an hour. Make sure you wash off with cold water though, or the egg will start cooking in your hair, and would be harder to take off! Use a scented shampoo to counter the smell of egg in your hair, and follow up with a leave-in conditioner. Do this for a month, and you will be amazed by the change in your hair texture and the reduction in hair fall.

21) make sure you dont have any split ends

22) honey conditioner-

Beat 1-2 eggs (depending on the length of the hair), 1 tsp honey and 2 tsp olive oil. Massage gently into the scalp. Steam, and shampoo after an hour.

23) To grow hair thicker, avoid using shampoos, It will make ur hair even rough. For the better result take protein rich food.

24) Trichup Products help in hair growth.

you cant really make it grow faster but you can keep it healthy and full of volume using a volumising shampoo/conditioner. also blowdry the roots with your head upside down for a bit thagt helps-especially if you have layers.

also, you may not have thought about using them for volume but try clip in extensions they are a bit expensive for the good, real ones but they do work for length and volume. and the clip in ones are great as they last well and are easy to use = ] ( sorry i know i probably sound like a tv advert lol x )

However, Sephora also carries a straightener, the T3, that's absolutely incredible and you can adjust the temperature as well. Also, what products are you using? You should use a staightening shampoo and conditioner, as well as a product that goes on before you straighten your hair (Check out Herbal Essences new line of hair products, they have one to straighten your hair). Use the iron on small, individual sections instead of big clumps at a time, starting with your bottom layer of hair and working up to your roots and top layer. Finish with a finishing creme (I prefer Brilliant Brunnette perfecter, you don't have to be brunette) to tame flyaways and seal in your pin-straight do.

Tips On Hair?

it might be because its not good for your hair at all to straighten it alot, and especially every day! it can really damadge your hair and make it easily breakable and it can start falling out! you should go to a hair salon and buy some really good shampoo for damadged or breaking hair! good luck!

Tips On Hair?

Just try to make your hair look the best it can without straightening it. Curly hair can look quite pretty.

Does anyone know good hair straightining tips to make it pin straight?

What I do to get my hair pin straight:

After I wash it I put a little bit of leave-in conditioner the Smoothing one from Pantene(walgreens/walmart) or Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum(salon)

Before I blowdry I section my hair and in each section right before I blowdry it I spray a few pumps of Frizz-Ease Straight Answer Spray (walgreens/walmart) and blowdry each section with a paddle brush( I try to get it as straight as possible)

Then I section my hair off again into small sections I take small sections at a time to flat iron and spray FX Special Effects Flat Iron Spray ( it has heat memory and leaves my hair so silky) after I spray I flat iron it till pin straight.

After I'm done I use a shine serum and thats it. I know it is a lot of product but it really works for me I just started trying it this way and I love the results.

I hope this helped :)

after you've taken a shower, run some john freida serum through your hair to make it smooth, and use a blow dryer to dry it, or if you have time, let it air dry. then, use a ceramic flat iron (i recommend chi, but its around $130), and pin up sections of your hair into layers, then straighten one layer at a time. hope i helped :)

put some humidity control stuff in nit before u blow dry your hair, make sure its ALL dry, put the striaghtening iron on the highes, and straighten youre hair in SMALL PORTIONS, it will be puffy if you take thick pieces.

Does anyone know good hair straightining tips to make it pin straight?

make sure ur hair is dry before u do this but brush ur hair first then take hair like the can hair spray and put it throughout ur hair then striaghten ur hair but not brushing through it and when u think ur done striaghting ur hair brush it out and it looks really really striaght .( i would add some shine surum to make it look silky but not to much )

Does anyone know good hair straightining tips to make it pin straight?

Uuum I'm not sure of the type of hair you have...or if you're opposed to perming...But you can use African Pride relaxer...and let it sit after complete application for about five to seven minutes...then wash it out...want to talk about bone straight...and it will stay this way for a couple of weeks...

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

my hair is VERY think and curly. i hate it. can i please have some ideas about straighteners, hair products, and other ideas to make my hair straight.

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

I use factor S smoothing lusterizer - it's been a life saver after my hair got really damaged by a perm (it was incredibly dry, always static charged and looked like a poodle !)

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

Avon Dry Ends Serum will help with the frizz.

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

i have hair just like yours and i bought a hair straghtner from a hair salon it was 40 dollars but it works great and its been working for a for a couple years now hope that helps!

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

get a straightener that will make your hair straight... you can find it almost anywhere

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

u can always perm it, however if u do it will NEVER look the same again (it will get all thin and if u keep doing it, it will eventually burn away!!), so i use a temporary straightener that u can get anywhere. a good price would maybe be $70 if ur willing to spend some money.

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

mine is the same way. i guess i've come to embrace it, as i usually don't do anything to it - literally. I comb it out before i wash it, towel dry it, and then do nothing to it until the next time i wash. this usually gets rid of a lot of frizz and makes my curls a lot more even and defined.

i also have a heavy-duty straightener that i use sometimes. just make sure, if you use a flat iron, that you ALWAYS use a heat protector, otherwise it'll totally screw up your hair and you'll have to learn how to style it all over again, at least until it has a chance to recover.

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

My hair is the same way! I use suave shampoo and conditioner, then thermasilk straightener in the front of my hair to keep the frizz away. Any straightener usually works. Try FrizzEase hairspray, made especially for people with our hair. Loose ponys look good. I sometimes scrunch my hair in the back, to keep some curl. Good luck with your hair.

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

um yeah i have your same hair........... use a hot oil treatment you can get it from a dollar store or any hair store. and flat iron it use gel and hair grease to get it good don't do it on rainy days though this should help

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

Hair products and straighteners usually only last a couple of hours, for hair that will stay streight for about a month or longer go to a good hair salon and ask for an ethnic perm. This will make it nice and streight!

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

Get a flat iron, but be sure to use some type heat protectant product on your hair first!

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

i use Conair hair straighteners %26amp; it really makes my hair superly duperly straight.. but i heard there are better hair straighteners in like some salons.. maybe you could ask like the hairdressers the next time u go. %26amp; there's this product called Dove flyaway tamer it works with frizzy hair too.. so try that :)

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

well u should get a chi srtaightner and some oil to soften ur hair. if u have a straightner already then just get some oil and put a little oil the size of a dime on ur hand and carefully put it through ur hair.after that get a brush a take out the tangles then put ur hair up and start with the very very very bottom of ur hair and grab a small part of ur hair and straighten it part by part until u get to the top.after ur finished put more oil the size of a dime in ur hair...i know this cuz my hair is really curly and it gets really puffy and frizzy and i have to straighten it every now and then.

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

Maybe you should straighten your hair with ceramic or tourmaline (not coated) flat irons. It is pretty simple to do and with practice, you can get better at it. The two problems with this method, finding the right product to make it sleek without making the hair greasy and damaging your hair when done constantly and not properly prepping the hair. Some mainstream products that might help are Matrix Sleek.look line, Beyond the Zone Turn Up the Heat Spray (sold in Sally's Beauty Supply store), Paul Mitchell Heat Works (or something like that) or my favorite Redken Smooth Down Heat Glide. Most of these contains silicones, so be careful when using this unless your hair doesn't get greasy so easily. Good luck.

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

I have Had the same exact problem I have a really think really wavy puffy hair that will not curl it's so annoying OK so here is what you do

straighten iron

hair dryer

big flat brush

leave in conditioner

hair clips

get you hair wet don't use conditioner use leave in condition weighs down you hair but does not make it chunky and greasy

towel dry your hair till it's damp not soaking but not near dry

put all you hair in a pony tail and clip in to your scalp and take

down section by section and blow dry in against the large flat brush when its dry go through it with the straightening iron to make it straight not puffy

you might want to go to like super cuts and get your hair trimmed and have them straighten your hair for you and watch them do it in the mirror that's how I learned

good luck!

Can i have some tips on making my hair non-frizzy and straight please?

mine is the same exact way...my advice is if you don't already, use conditioner. There's this brand of shampoo and conditioner that i use- SunSilk- and it makes my hair straighter and softer. Also, if you want to spend around $20 for a straightener, make sure you get a decent ceramic Conair one. Hope it works =)

My hair has actually shrunk!!! ive never had it cut. i hav naturally curley hair, an im mixed race, it used to be really big and think an alot longer!!, but now my hair is much much shorter! my curls hav loosened and its getting quite thin, i hate it, WHAT CAN I DOOOOOO!!! please help xxx

Does any1 know any Tips or remedies for hair thickness n growth.....?

2 eggs

2oz double cream

1oz castor oil

1oz melted unsalted butter

1oz purified water

juice of 1/2 a grapefruit

try this.

i dont know whether your hair is afro but but its proven that this is the weakest and slowest growing hair type.

the above recipe is taken from a book called the hair bible, written by a man who specialises in your problem.

you have to put it in for five mins before you wash your hair, and then when you do wash, give your scalp a five minute massage to stimulate the follicles and encourage growth.

if your hair splits at the ends due to not getting cuts, they will eat at your hair, travelling upwards so your hair actually does shrink and become whispy so those trims are important!

Hi you may want to go to the doctors and see if there is anything going on with your body you dont know about. There are a few tablets like Nourkin you can take but I dont know weather they work they are quite expensive. Have you tried Pantene Full and thick, my mums hair started to go like this and she payed dear for lots of thickening shampoos and conditioners that dont work and this is better than them she always gets it. There is also that new Dove Pro-age aswell. I know you might not be this age range, but your hair seems to need strengthening from within. So this might worj,

Tips on hair anyone? pls help?

personally- i like ur hair the way it is now. why change it?

Tips on hair anyone? pls help?

You do not look ugly or scary! The best thing to do is look around for the style that you like. There are lots of sites on the net. Photos etc on site below good place to start. Take your time to find what you like.

Good luck!

Tips on hair anyone? pls help?

Short hair may seem like an easy fix but, on the days that you don't feel like styling it and want you throw it in to a pony tail, you can't. I would suggest getting some layers put in to your hair to add some volume and get it trimmed so that it flatters your face. This way you look nice with it down, put up, and even whisked into a pony tail.

Tips on hair anyone? pls help?

you look fine hunni.

i would go for a bob thats graduated down along your jaw line.

check out www.makeoversolutions.com

you can upload your pic and try new hairstyles to see of they are right for you.

Godd Luck!

An asymmetrical bob would look fantastic on you, and wouldn't need much styling.

This one isn't as asymmetrical, but it is still longer in the front and makes it interesting and unique.

I have frizzy hair that doesnt straighten so i was wondering if u have some tips on straighting your

Like its curly but all the hairs seem to like frizz out they dont cling to one another if u no what i mean i wash my hair every day its all dry and i use a shampoo just for curly hair but it still dont help and also i want to straighten my hair so i can wear it down but it takes forever to straighten so i was wondering if anyone has any idea if theres any good products that help frizz that will calm things down and so i can have smooth hair that looks really pretty thanks

I have frizzy hair that doesnt straighten so i was wondering if u have some tips on straighting your hair?

get a really good anti-frizz conditioner from the place you get your hair cut, blow dry it straight, and then flat-iron it. That's what I do! Just look at my avatar!

I have frizzy hair that doesnt straighten so i was wondering if u have some tips on straighting your hair?

I would recommend trying a different shampoo, If you don't mind the expense I know Sleek, by Matrix is a great shampoo they also have a really good staightening balm that works great. As far as getting it really straight I would suggest using a ceramic straightening iron, With high heat. The straighter you can get it with just a blow dryer the less time it should take using the iron. Try using a Brush or a comb attachment for your dryer. You can find them at Sally's. Good Luck!

I have frizzy hair that doesnt straighten so i was wondering if u have some tips on straighting your hair?

1. HEAT: a good, professional quality straightener that gets at least 400 degrees F hot is best - try the original by CHI.

2. When using a brush, pull your hair TIGHT as you blowdry. I recommend a round, plastic bristle brush. Use your thumb to hold hair against the opposite side of the barrel to pull it super taut.

3. I recommend using a straightener when you're hair is still wet, blowing it completely dry (see #2) then smoothing with the straightener again.

4. Bumble %26amp; Bumble STRAIGHT is the best straightening product on the market. Use some CHI SILK INFUSION as a shine serum/finishing glosser.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

use a shampoo and conditioner special to add "fullness" to your hair - blow it dry with your head upsidedown - then flip your head back and brush it in place and will appear fuller - there are also some great products at beauty salons that work too - my favorite brand is Pantene - when you add conditioner only apply to 1/3 lower part of your hair not the scalp cuz the conditioner will weigh it down too much.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

For volume , if you don't mind using mousse, you can put a little at the roots of your hair and then blow dry with your head upside down.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

Do not listen to anybody! My mom is a stylist and the best product,(not an opinion) is Bumble and Bumble! If you go on the site, they have a bunch of stuff for flats.

Hope it Helps!

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

When you blow dry your hair, flip your hair upside down and blow dry it upside down. That will create a little "boost" in your volume.

Also try teasing your hair a little bit.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

yea, its most definately blowing your hair dry with it flipped over. also check conditioners for labels for hair that needs volume.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

put large magnetic setting rollers at the crown and then tease the crown area after u unroll the style in the morning

or go up to your local Walgreen's or Walmart and purchase Garnier Nutrisse volumizing Mousse there u have volume.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

go have a body perm,or wave perm done.have them use the,

white and gray rods, these perms help give some puff, some

body, and not to much, you can use other rods, but these work just ask good, specaily if you don't want to much body and/or curls.

these type of perms the rods and chemicals don't need to stay in long at all, because you only want some and not all of the full

power the perm stuff is to do.good-luck..

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

You could get shorter layers. That and the right product ( which I see everyone else has given good answers - mouse, etc..) will definatly perk your hair right up.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

Avon sells a great Volumizing shampoo and conditioner, plus it smells great just follow the directions on the back of the bottle.

I have REALLY flat hair... any tips for volume at the crown?

tigi makes a product under their catwalk line called root boost that works well. just don't use too much of it. also if you go to bed with your hair wet with a little bit of mousse in it up in a towel it will have rediculious volume in the morning.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

Unfortunately, no. To get a true blue, you have to bleach the desired blue parts and then color over the bleach with the blue dye. A better alternative may be colored extensions--I have them, and they're great! They don't damage your hair, and they won't fade either.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

spiker sold in salons has a blue paste that washes out .

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

Yes, don't.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

If you have red hair I don't understand why you would consider doing anything to it. Red hair is beautiful.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

how bout not... blue wont really show up well on dark colored hair... i did it once... my hairs dark too maybe u should get a new haircut instead.. just a thot

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

no idea, I shave my head, but I would try to use a little dye, if that does not work , try using a little more, so on and so on.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

You can do it without frying it, but I wouldnt do it.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

go to sallysbutty supplies and get a semi permanent hair strain or hair color ........................................... or try GOICO'S ICESPIKER ........................................... IN A BEAUTIFUL BLUE ........ at wal-mart in smart stlys ....................................... good luck.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

You're probably going to have to bleach your hair to make the blue show up at all, and every then it will more than likely fade to a nasty green grey color.

I have reddish dark hair. Any tips on coloring parts blue without frying it?

spiker colors is gel that is water proof, and it's not too easy to manage, but some people use kool-Aid to color their hair.

Can I cut my hair myself? Tips?

I wanna get layers...or shud I just see a pro. I would like to do it myself thi...

Can I cut my hair myself? Tips?

Of course you could cut your hair yourself. It wouldn't be the best idea though. It probably wouldn't turn out the way you want it to either.

Can I cut my hair myself? Tips?

Self hair cutting can beome an addiction, i started but had A LOT of trouble stopping, i was cutting it everyday. I would go to a pro

Can I cut my hair myself? Tips?

well if you were guy and could just shave it, i would say yes but layering is more complicated. I think you should see a pro or you might stuff it up

Can I cut my hair myself? Tips?

cutting you hair can be tricky especialy layers i would go see a hairdresser and have he/she cut it.

Can I cut my hair myself? Tips?

It's ok with me. I suggest a 10 to 15 % tip.

Can I cut my hair myself? Tips?

Yes you can. My hairstylist gave me this technique before:

1. Flip your head so that you'd be facing the floor (if you know what I mean)

2. Back comb

3. Cut hair (estimate to achieve the desired length) vertically.

4. Now, horizontally cut random strands - this is, as what my friend calls it, the "thinning process."

It's hard describing the process here, but good luck to you.

You should give it a try though. You can always ask a pro to improve it if all else fails.

Beauty tips...HELP!!! (hair color and tanning creams.....)?

i want to try a sunless tanning lotion. but theres SO many out there to pick from. i'm VERY pale. (red head with freckles) so i don't want something dramatic, something that will make me orange, or something that won't work. (i've tried one that made me orange, and one that i feel like i wasted my $$ on, it never worked!) what brands do you use, or you know that will work well for me????

ok, hair color, i have a dark strawberry blonde hair color, naturally. like i said, i'm pale and have freckles. i've been going blonde for 7 years. i just dont think its working for me anymore though. i just had a baby, so you can imagine what my skin looks like after the stress and hormones...maybe a light brown color? what do you think?

Beauty tips...HELP!!! (hair color and tanning creams.....)?

For tanning, try one of those "Touch of Sun" lotions, the colour is gradual and fairly natural-looking.

For hair colour, go with something golden and warm, to complement your natural skin colouring.

You probably have beautiful eyes as well (most fair redheads do), so choose a hair colour that complements them as well. Light auburn, dark honey, something like that.

Remember, if you don't like the colour a good hairdresser can help with recolouring.

Beauty tips...HELP!!! (hair color and tanning creams.....)?

my wife said to use that natural glow stuff cuz its gradual not dramatic and wash your palm and in between the fingers good afterward. maybe go for a light auburn hair color with blonde highlights to help with the transition..

Beauty tips...HELP!!! (hair color and tanning creams.....)?

I wouldnt use fake tanning lotions they dont last long and come off horribly...if i were u id start going to the tanning bed, then once u got to the color u want, id dye your hair brown

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

my hair broke off real bad one time and now its growing back but it's kinda slow my hair is at the middle of my neck...i need so info on how to make it grow...no bullshit please...thank u

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

Normal hair growth is 1/2 inch per month. You can speed it up to 3/4 inch per month by:

taking vitamins

scalp massage

wear you hair up (it protects it from the environment)

get it trimmed on a regular basis (no trims lead to ratty ends and lots of splitting/breakage)

use a satin pillowcase

use a boar bristle brush

do final rinse with distilled water

do not shampoo daily

avoid metal hair accessories

If this growth isn't fast enough, you can always get hair extensions.

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

Don't tie it up in a pony tail!!! That breaks it off really badly.

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

Patience mostly.

But I heard an old wives' tale that the more meat you eat, the faster your hair grows because of the protein. And that's what hair is, dead protein.

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

go get it done every 2 weeks and brush it dont put any gell in your hair cuz that can also break out your hair and pink mositurizer and coconut oil!

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

keep ur ends clipped, use vitamin e oil %26amp; take vitamins

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

there is a shampoo called "grass roots" you can get it a khols, it helps it grow, also trim the ends every once and a while, and dont keep it in a pony tail..especially at night (another thing that stops growth is blowdriers and flat irons)

* Hair Growing Tips *

Some hair loss experts have discovered that people have excellent hair growing results by following the Zone Diet, which is low in fat. Many other hair care experts recommend the Zone Diet as very helpful for hair care concerns.

Here are some other hair growing tips:

Eliminate or cut back on smoking, caffeine and carbonated sodas which weaken the body and block maximum hair growing potential.

Eat a healthy diet. Avoid foods that are high in sugar or fat.

Treat your hair like a piece of fine old lace. Treat it carefully avoiding any unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.

Avoid use of hot water, hot blow dryers or other hair care tools that may stress the hair.

Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles.

Do a series of ongoing hot oil treatments to protect the hair's shaft.

Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier.

Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.

* It is also important to include B-6, biotin, inositol and folic acid in the supplemental program. It has been found that certain minerals including magnesium, sulfur, silica and zinc are also very important toward maintaining healthy hair.

Beta-carotene is also essential to hair growth. This is because beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A as the body needs it, helps maintain normal growth and bone development, protective sheathing around nerve fibers, as well as promoting healthy skin, hair and nails.

Beta-carotene is found in green and yellow vegetables and fruits.

* If you eat a protein-rich diet it will often result in improved hair growth. Some nutritional experts suggest the dietary utilization of calves liver, brewer's yeast, wheat germ and a daily dose of two tablespoons of granulated lecithin to maximize hair growth, strength and beauty.

Other good food sources for protein include fish, eggs, beans and yogurt. Soy protein has also been found to be helpful in stimulating hair growth.

One study of the results of soy on the hair found that it not only strengthened the hair but caused it to grow. A great source of soy is tofu.

Whats some good tips on getting your hair to grow?

make a teight high pony %26amp;tei it with a ribon(esp. at night) this formula will definetly work ; this ribon called PARANDA. always condition ur hair with natural conditionar;dont color ur hair

Any tips for hair care?

my hair breaks easily and it has split ends and its wavy

i have long black hair and i want it to be straight and shiny with no split ends

what should i do?

Any tips for hair care?

it s very easy , just three step.. shampoo, conditioner and serum.. choose the brand that suitable by the consult from the professional and remember dont ever do too much of shampoo , its will just make ur hair worst. and go to salon onces a month to do hair treatment and for best results twice a month.

Save on power to save your hair...

Let your hair dry naturally occasionally to give it a break from hot irons. Make sure you use a good absorbent towel to remove excess moisture and avoid rubbing your hair 閳?it'll cause split ends and won't leave the hair shaft smooth. A leave-in conditioner will also fight the frizzies.

How often to wash?

If your hair is fine, thin, or short, it's best to wash it gently every day. Cut back to washing two to three times a week if your hair is long, thick, or curly and only wash your hair one or two times a week if it's very dry or chemically processed.

Apple cider vinegar- a natural hair treatment

An all-natural way to eliminate shampoo build-up and toxins in your hair is with apple cider vinegar. Rinse your hair once a week with one cup of apple cider vinegar; it閳ユ獨 found in grocery or health stores.

Stake out salon training nights!

Most top hair salons offer low-cost cuts on training nights, where student stylists work their magic (under the close watch of their more senior colleagues).

Smooth hair secret

Switch to a satin pillowcase to keep your hair smooth. Cotton and synthetic pillowcases make your hair frizzy and rough.

Moving on up...

If you don't keep the blow dryer moving every few seconds, you can damage the cuticle and ruin your hair's natural shine.

Healthy hair is happy hair!

As with any hairstyling tool, moderation is the key. Remember that the ends of your hair are the oldest and most prone to split ends and breakage, so treat with care.

No Lemons

Don't use lemon juice to bleach your hair! The lemon juice combined with sun exposure will dry out your hair. Leave the job to a professional hairdresser.

Quality is best

If you have damaged hair, avoid using cheap brushes and combs. Quality tools have better bristles and are more gentle.

Satin sleep

Wake up less likely to have a bad hair - by sleeping on a satin pillow-case. It will help easily-tangled locks stay smooth and snag-free.

with this steps , i think u will have a nice , shiny silky hair.. Good luck

Any tips for hair care?

Well, I am no hair expert, but I know a lil secret about how to shampoo PROPERLY!...^_^

To really shampoo properly, you gotta use your finger pads and massage your scalp with shampoo. Don't rub shampoo into your hair, but massage THE SCALP%26gt;...^_^

That's my lil incky wincky secret!!..^^_

Any tips for hair care?

First, get your hair cut. Then use a deep conditioning product on your hair twice a week. Also don't use too much shampoo when washing hair because that drys it out.

Any tips for hair care?

coconut oil the best .it nourish you hair a lot of nutrient and natural.you can it by hotoil.massage it .

Any tips for hair care?

Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

Any tips for hair care?

when you wash your hair rinse the shampoo with as hot water as you can stand and leave the conditioner in as long as possible wash it out with the cold water it traps in moisture!

Any tips for hair care?

first you have the choice of getting it cut or leaving the ends split and trying this. take some vinegar and mix it with some fresh lemons quized. mix them and then rub them on your hair. cover your hair in a shower cap for about one to one and a half hours.!!

that should do the trick. good luck!

Any tips for hair care?

Split ends usually is a result of blow drying and styling too often. Just let your hair dry naturally and time to time you can apply coconut oil to your hair. Put a shower cap and let it rest for few hours. It really moisturizes. Cut the tip of your hear quite often.

How to prevent Hair Falling ? Tips.....?

For hair loss due to heredity, age, hormones or certain medical conditions, the topical medication minoxidil (Rogaine) can help regrow hair or prevent more hair loss. As we get older, both men and women experience some hair loss. It's a normal part of the aging process. Women need to see a dermatologist when they develop hair loss to ensure that it is not coming from an undiagnosed medical problem and a dermatologist can educate them on ways to minimize or reverse hair loss.

Below are great sites with lots more info on preventing hair from falling out. Hope that helps!

Any tips to MAKE MY HAIR FUN not BORING??

i too have the same length hair and just added high lights and it is cut using the point cut which is a layered cut and I have gotten rave reviews. have fun !

Any tips to MAKE MY HAIR FUN not BORING??

There are SO many ways to get your hair cut. Make sure to do it according to your head shape (heart, cirlce/ round, oval, square). Because, no matter how much you like it, you gotta know that it'll flatter you. A chin or mid-neck bob with super heavy side bangs is really cute. Also, a chin or jaw length flipped out cut with tons of choppy layers that hit right about mid-ear (or shorter, whatever you like) with some side swept bangs is also really cute. You could cut your hair just to the shoulder and get some cute layers to right underneath your ear or just above it (again, it's all about how much length you're willing to lose) and then add some wispy, feathered bangs. Dying your hair or getting some highlights is always a great way to freshen your look. Whatever you choose to do, make sure you're willing to work with it by styling it and taking care of it. I hope that helped, happy New Year!!!

Any tips to MAKE MY HAIR FUN not BORING??

if you have bangs-you can put them if and pin them..this is nice for school or work because your wont have hair in your eyes.

Any tips to MAKE MY HAIR FUN not BORING??

Go curly. Change the color.

Any tips to MAKE MY HAIR FUN not BORING??

Flip it! Put some setting product in your hair after washing, blow it dry with a round brush, up. Use hot or warm air to dry it, then blast it with cool air to set it. Before you do anything to it, hit it iwht a little hair spray and let it cool and settle. Then use a little shine product all over and on the ends to seperate them a bit. Have fun!

Any tips to MAKE MY HAIR FUN not BORING??

If you have a leave in conditioner or light hairspray spritz all of your hair and then comb it straight and part it so it frames your face. Put hair into 4 sections (+/- depending on the thickness) for example separate hair like if you were making pigtails, then separate each pigtail so your hair is in four sections. Next, take each individual section and twist it from top to bottom making sure you twist in the direction you want the curl to go and then roll it up into a little bun. Secure it in place if hair isn't long enough to hold on its own. (Tip: metal clips, like bobby pins will kink your hair so try something plastic or non-abrasive) Once I have all four buns in place I put on my make-up or whatever you want to do for 10 minutes. Gently help unravel each bun without untwisting the curl and then pretend you are a rockstar and flip your whole head upside down one time. Hair will fall into place and separate on its own leaving soft, fun, twirls and curls. Demure, modern, and low maintenance!

STRAIGHT HAIR> i'd like to have a temporary big waves on my hair? any tips? my hair is too s

Yeah the only way someone with really really straight hair can get waves that hold in place is to get a perm. And like the above post said they have different sizes of waves to choose from. You can always use big rollers and lots of hairspray if you need to but the waves won't last too long.

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

i had to cut a lot of it off because it got ruined from some dyes i put in it and i would like any tips/tricks/advice for getting it real long again and keeping it healthy in the meanwhile so i don't have to cut it ever.

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

try a deep conditioning treatment at a salon ever couple of weeks...if you're on a budget i suggest buying some penetrating conditioner and doing a treatment at home by leaving it on for 25-30 mins underneath a conditioning bag (kind of like a perm bag)...lightly heat it up with a blow dryer works the same as sitting under a dryer at a salon...do this weekly...also you might wanna get a trim probably every 4-6 weeks because even if you don't use hair products (gel, mousses, sprays, hair dyes) or styling tools (curlers, flat irons, blow dryers) your hair is sustaining environmental damage so if you get split ends you should trim them before there is more breakage and the cuticles %26amp; cortex(the proteins that make hair fibers also store pigments that give your hair color) of your hair is damage and it falls off because that's when it's at it's worse...this could be cause by the water, the sun, or even brushing your hair too hard! Avoid using rubber bands to keep your hair up or putting your hair in tight braids because even these simple styles can create damage...chloride in pools are just as bad...well, the list goes on...

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

no chemicals brush daily moisturize hot iron less rollerset more

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

shampoo..condition..trim the dead ends and leave it alone!!!

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

1) use a wide toothed comb: so you dont break the hair

2) try to only shampoo your hair every couple of days: the oils from your scalp are good for hair

3) condition a LOt

4) get a trim every now and then, cuz if you dont then the bad ends will break and from there the hair will keep breaking and breaking until it becomes short

5) cut down on the blowdrying, completely if you can. dont use the heat setting

:)

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

Use a good shampoo and conditioner with vitamin E. Limit your use of styling products and the hair dryer. Also, be sure to get it trimmed every six to eight weeks to keep the split ends at bay.

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

well my advise is dont go somewere cheap! i go to a salon and i get special shampoo and conditioner and my hair is 49" long!!!!so remeber that!

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

Condition it and make sure to stay in good health. Those are the only things you can really do

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

My hair is about down to my waist right now. I keep it long and beautiful with a pro-vitamin time shampoo (pantene is a good one) and a good conditioner. I took alot of vitamin E to help it grow and stayed away from dyes and chemicals. It is really healthy right now and I can style it really well cause of it. You will still need to get a small trim once in a while to keep it growing., prevent split ends. Hope this helps!!!!

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

A healthy lifestyle and diet. Mane and Tail conditioner. Used on horses but sold in most drug stores and Wal Marts

Any tips for growing your hair out reeeeeaaaal long?

As you found out the hard way, hair is very fragile. Id say stay away from dyes and other chemicals from now on. Also if you trim your ends as you grow it out every few months or so it will keep the ends looking healthy and full. (just keep the trim down to about half an inch or so, your hair will grow about an inch to two inches every couple of months so taking a little off will be like two steps forward one step back) And if you must dye your hair there are healthy options with no harsh chemicals, visit Peta2.com for product info.

Any tips for naturally curly hair ?

Any tips for naturally curly hair ?

Hi,

Use a good conditioner. You can find highly useful resources for managing your hair on http://www.healthonlineinfo.info . It's a very useful webguide dealing with hair related issues.

Any tips for naturally curly hair ?

Well if you have time to straighten it that's great but if you dont then here are a few tips that work for me...

-After you take a shower or get your hair wet brush your hair out.

-If you have kind of frizzy hair then try anti friz cream or something like that.

-If you let your hair air dry make sure to brush it when it's still wet, and then again once it is dry.

-If you blow dry your hair then brush it while you dry it.

-Use mouse or gentle hair gel and massage it into your hair to tame the obnoxious curls and minimize friz.

-Use detangler when you take a shower or get your hair wet.

-If you go to bed while your hair is wet, use detangler, brush it out, and LOOSELY braid it into two braids and wear it like that yo bed. It will help it from getting frizzy and messy. In the morning you can add hair gel or mouse to tame it a little bit more if it still is wild.

-If nothing else works, a straighting iron works for most hair, and if you add a little mouse before you straigten, and use a mist of hair spray afterwards it will usually last longer.

Good luck!

What are some good hair gelling tips for a guy with short hair?

What are some good hair gelling tips for a guy with short hair?

Any tips on curling your hair yourself?

I have a curling iron and i can do the sides perfectly but i can't curl the back myself. Any tips?

Any tips on curling your hair yourself?

Use a curling brush (air). First use a 2nd mirror that you can stand on the counter so you can see the back of your hair. Once you get used to the routine, you won't have to look at it other than to touch it up. Good luck!

Any tips on curling your hair yourself?

its pretty immature.. but if you wet your hair.. and do lots of plaits .. you could end up with some pretty nice curls.

Any tips on curling your hair yourself?

My hair stylist showed me how to section my hair in the back (keep it in a clip and only pull down individual sections from the left to the right of the back of your head). If your hair is very thick then you'll have to section it off left to right, and also for the top layers and underneath layers of your hair. Also, remember to turn the curling iron in opposite ways for each curl. Basically, if you curl it all in the same direction it will be come one big wave in the back of your head. It takes practice but you can do it!

Any tips on curling your hair yourself?

1. Wash your hair! Towel dry, DO NOT BRUSH OUT.

2. Apply some mousse and scrunch your hair.

3. Let your hair dry naturally.

4. Use your curling irons spontaneously around your hair, there should be enough 'wave' to give the illusion of tousled curls!

I hope this helps! It works for me. Good Luck!

Any tips on curling your hair yourself?

Hopefully this will help you well my hair is naturally curly people tel me its cute but I usually straighten my hair.

Anyways when you curl your hair make sure your hair is wet so I would recommend you to wash your hair brush it and you should buy mousse any kind as long as its mousse then apply mousse all over your hair and scrunch it then put some hairspray and last try to blow dry it and you'll have it curly well thats all i do and it works for me and I hope it works for you to.
