Can you give me some tips/advice about Japanese hair straightening???

Ok, I'm Persian and I have thick curly hair. I actually have tight curls when my hair is wet. But I use hair rollers to get them smooth, which works nicely, but is such a dragggg! And even then, my hair is prone to poofing in the humidity or fog. Even when I'm in perfect weather, my hair is super-ticky and tends to change its look when I'm out all day.

Anyways, I'm sick and tired of this whole thing, so I'm planning on getting my hair Japanese straightened. I know its expensive, but it'll be worth it. I know lots of other Persian girls do this to their hair, and it looks great!!!

Any advice? tips? Anything to be aware of? Will my hair really really stay straight all the time? Or will I still have to spend alotttt of time getting it straight and I wash it? Will I still be able to curl it a bit with a curling iron, if I'm in the mood for some curls?? What about damage? HOw can I prevent the damage? I condition right now...what else should I do?

Thanks! :o)

yes the japanese straightening will really straighten your hair, even if you get it wet, its permanenet so it will stay in your hair from months to years depending on how you get it done.

theres one type that makes ur hair stick straight and another that just gives it a more relaxed straight look, so make sure to check up on that.

to prevent damage, dont use too much heating products (which i dont think you will, besides curling it once in a while) and just deep condition if u feel like ur hair needs it.

trim it to keep dead ends off
