Tips on growing out hair.?

My hair grows VERY slowly, but I have come to realize that it's because I have over colored it. I recently got a trim, and I used a conditioning chestnut henna, it feels alot better. My goal is to no longer color it and just condition it what else can I do to help it grow out? I know the contrast is going to make me crazy, how can I get through it without resorting to a box of color again?

No heat, no coloring and just making sure you trim it and keep it moisturized!

Trim it religiously every 4 weeks. The healthier your hair is the faster it will grow. Trimming it will cut off the dead ends and help it grow.

On top of that make sure you treat your hair well. The better products you use to protect it will help. But most of all, just resist the urge to dye it. They carry something at beauty supply stores that will help you with the dye...its a wash that keeps your hair all the same color.

If you can stand to dye it once more...dye it back to your original color so as it grows out you won't stress over the color contrast!!!
