BLUE EYES: silver eyeshadow with smudged eyeliner and mascara on top and bottom lashes

GREEN EYES: gold eyeshadow with no eyeliner and mascara on top lashes only

BLOND HAIR: a nice wavy look always looks great! or you could try straightening it flat
