Hmm. Maybe loose curls for the hair, or a big ponytail? False eyelashes might look funny with the costume, or a smoky eyeshadow effect

Triple barrel would super cute, whether it was left down or pulled back with bobby pins all kinda funky, and if you're ordering it in pink, obviously for costume purposes, pink make-up matches perfectly. Some thicker (but not too thick) black liner with a mix of shades of pink on the eyes, some overdone pink blush, again not too too much, and any shade of pink would go good on the lips, be it soft or a hot pink, just make sure there is a good balance of the three features with the shades of color. And if you want to actually look kind of like a cat, go with some cute whiskers drawn on with a plain black liner, maybe even a little black upside down triangle on the tip of your nose. Hope these are kind of what you're looking for =)

OKAY FOR THE MAKE UP I WOULD :

put white on the eyes

light pink lip stick

maybe some glitter on the cheeks

also put on some light pink blush on the cheeks

FOR THE HAIR I WOULD :

leave it down and maybe either curl it a lil or keep it straight

then i would buy some of the color sprays(in pink) that wash out and then i would spary the tips of her hair with it

or if you wanted amybe buy some glitter spary and spray her hair with that

ps don't do the pink tips and the glitter (on the hair ) together because it won't look right in my opinoin or if you want you can mix and match the ideas

First PLEASE get a new costume. That is totally ugly. But if your bent on wearing that then, maybe you should put your hair into a bun. I don't know why your tripping Halloween isn't at least four weeks from now.
