I agree with Neosimm, if you're inexperienced at this you don't want to muck up your hair and live with uneven bleached hair for a good month or so!!!

Doing tips is EXTREMELY hard to do, even for hair stylists, I would not advise you do it on your own.

save some steps:

just put your hair in a pony tail and lay on your back with your tips dipped in koolaid for around a 闄?hour - 1 hour depending how dark you would like its not permanent and lasts at least a week and not damaging at all. plus a ton cheaper.

put foil in your hair where u want the bleach to start at and then bleach below the foil line with a high light tip brush and then dye ur ends green afterwards i have done it before with fuschia and i would not reccomend the manic panic dye find another dye that works well. go to a hair store odnt buy form spencers or hot topic cause the ones at hair store will look nicer n less damagin i have seen way to many problems on ppl when using the manic panic line
